Cobham bolsters customer focus with new Head of South East Australia
Cobham has appointed Phil Hood as Head of South East Australia - Regional Services, a newly created role based in Adelaide, dedicated to ensuring an exemplary, personalised customer experience for Cobham customers across South Australia and the Eastern Seaboard.
With more than two decades experience in airport management for major national and international airlines, across seven international and Australian destinations, Phil has extensive experience in what it takes to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Phil said that Cobham understood that customers, particularly those in the mining and resources sector, were increasingly making decisions on airline partners based on much more than schedule and price.
“Our focus at Cobham is on understanding our customers, and building partnerships with them, focusing on their whole journey with us. We know it is not just about the flight. The customers’ journey begins well before they arrive at the airport and continues long after they have landed,” Phil said.
Cobham CEO John Boag said that the company was focused on implementing strong governance structures that promote a dynamic work culture and service excellence.
